This is no trick, only a treat to announce that Jandek will be returning to Minnesota for a very special performance at The Cedar Cultural Center in Minneapolis on Halloween evening. Jandek will once again be joined by an ensemble made up of local musicians creating music together for the first time within that moment. The concert will be filmed for inclusion in a full-length feature documentary produced by the local filmmakers behind Tuning the Pulse, a short film that captured the intimate rehearsal and performance from last year's historic concert in Mankato, which has been screening at film festivals around the world. This special event is sponsored by KMSU-The Maverick with assistance from the Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
